Pepper Plants are in the Ground

Finally have the pepper plants in the ground for this year! 32 plants of 7 varieties. Also planted over 50 red onions, but not all of them are coming up. The cold spring was unfortunate.

Since I am growing my plants in a community plot I do not have as much control of what I add to the soil. And it is a long way from my home, so I cannot monitor the water like I would like.
